If you rent online, payment is due upon checkout. If you call and schedule over the phone, a deposit will be due and the remainder upon delivery. Deposits go toward the rental balance.
You can cancel any time before delivery. However, for refunds, cancellations must be made 24 hrs before the event.
Refunds are only given if you cancel 24 hours before your scheduled booking.
Yes, any damages that occur to our equipment outside of normal wear and tear are the responsibility of the renter.
Yes, an adult must be on location, supervising the entire time the inflatables / equipment is being used.
Delivery/Setup Q&A's:
Unfortunately no, for liability purposes, we deliver and setup the jumps for all of our customers.
Yes, please disclose this information as you rent / book the inflatable. We have to bring extra supplies to compensate for this.
No, once the inflatable is setup in your desired location, it is not to be moved.
We provide an extension cord and hose for the inflatables. Please Note: if the inflatable will be placed a far distance from an outlet, the customer is responsible for extra cords or hoses needed.
Yes/No – This depends on your location. Any delivery 30 miles from our location is accessed and charged accordingly.
